WoW stat converter
Percent = rating ÷ the rating that currently equals 1%. That second number changes every season, so hover your Critical Strike, Haste, Versatility, or Mastery in the character panel and type what your tooltip says. You'll get a number that matches your live character.
Critical Strike from that rating

Stat values change every season, so type the current “X rating = 1%” from your character sheet.
The divide
percent = rating / rating_per_1%
If the tooltip already includes diminishing returns, you have the effective percent and you can skip the math. If it shows a linear “X rating = 1%” near your current value, this divide is that line only. I stack Mastery on Devastation; the Evoker guide is the priority, not a coefficient.
Common questions
Why doesn't the WoW stat converter have a rating table?
Because stat ratings change every expansion and often every season. For the most accurate result, check how much rating gives 1% on your character sheet or tooltip and enter it.
How do you convert WoW rating to percent?
Divide the rating by how much rating gives 1%. For example, 700 rating at 70 rating per 1% equals 10%.
Can I use the WoW stat converter for PvP?
Yes. Enter the rating per 1% shown in your PvP tooltips, since arena and Blitz values can differ from open-world.
Does the WoW stat converter work for Mastery?
Yes. Just change the stat name, since the math is the same. What Mastery actually does still depends on your spec.
Where can I find rating per 1% in WoW?
Hover over the stat on your character sheet. The tooltip usually shows how much rating you need for the next percent. Some addons display it too.
