Overwatch to Valorant sensitivity

Valorant sensitivity = Overwatch sensitivity × 0.0066 ÷ 0.07. At the same DPI that is a multiply by about 0.0943. An Overwatch 3.50 at 1200 DPI is a Valorant 0.330, about 32.99 cm/360. The numbers look different, but the turn is the same.

Slider 0.1–100. Yaw 0.0066°/count.

Valorant sensitivity

0.330

Matched cm/360

32.99 cm

Same DPI on both sides. Hipfire only. Valorant yaw 0.07°/count.

How this pair converts

Keep cm/360 equal: new = old × (0.0066 ÷ 0.07). DPI stays put unless you change the mouse.

Overwatch yaw is 0.0066° per count at sensitivity 1.

Valorant yaw is 0.07° per count at sensitivity 1.

This is hipfire / look sensitivity. Valorant scoped multipliers and Overwatch zoom are separate sliders. FOV is also separate: Overwatch’s 16:9 horizontal slider versus Valorant’s fixed 103°.

cm/360 = (360 ÷ (yaw × sensitivity × DPI)) × 2.54. The converter keeps that distance equal.

I queue Overwatch as Zarya at 1200 DPI and 3.5. The same turn in Valorant is 0.330. I play Overwatch at 3.5 and 1200 DPI, which works out to 0.330 in Valorant.

Common questions

What is the Overwatch to Valorant sensitivity formula?

Multiply your Overwatch sensitivity by 0.0943 (0.0066 ÷ 0.07) at the same DPI. For example, Overwatch 5.00 becomes 0.471 in Valorant, and 3.50 becomes 0.330.

Does FOV change the Overwatch to Valorant sensitivity conversion?

No. The conversion matches cm/360, so a full turn takes the same mouse distance in both games. Both use a 103° horizontal FOV at max, so it feels very similar.

Should I copy a pro player's Valorant sensitivity?

No. Convert your own Overwatch sensitivity instead, so your muscle memory carries over, then fine-tune in the Range.
