P2M VR Simulation

An interactive VR simulation that turns business lending into a playable experience

P2M VR simulation showing mobile menu screen, customer interactions at pawn shop counter, negotiation UI with price slider and timer, and transaction feedback

When P2M needed to explain their business-lending platform to potential clients, they didn't want another slide deck. They wanted something you could feel. So Studio Stigma built them a VR simulation that lets you run a pawn shop counter and learn the lending process by doing it.

The Problem

P2M provides funding solutions for pawn shops and jewelry businesses. Their platform handles complex lending decisions involving collateral valuation, interest calculations, and risk assessment. Explaining all of that in a meeting is hard. People zone out during presentations, and even when they're paying attention, abstract numbers on slides don't stick.

The Solution

We built an interactive VR experience where you're standing behind the pawn shop counter. Customers walk in with items they want to pawn: a laptop, a camera, a gold bracelet. You see the item's details and decide what to offer.

A price slider appears in your VR space. You adjust it while a timer counts down, balancing the deal against your available balance and the interest you'll earn. Offer too low and the customer walks. Offer too much and you hurt your margins. Get it right and you see your balance update, the interest tick up, and the customer leave satisfied.

The simulation compresses P2M's entire business model into a few minutes of hands-on interaction. You're not watching someone explain lending decisions—you're making them yourself and seeing the results immediately.

Why It Works

Complex products are hard to explain because they're hard to experience in a sales setting. You can describe a lending platform's features, but until someone sees how those features connect to real decisions and real outcomes, it's just information floating in the air.

The VR simulation fixes that. It gives potential clients a hands-on understanding of what P2M does and why it matters. They remember it because they did it, not because they read about it.

Development

Studio Stigma handled the full development, from initial concept to the finished VR experience. The simulation is built in Unity for Oculus (Meta Quest / Oculus headset). We worked closely with Or Barak and the P2M team to make sure it accurately represented their business model while keeping the interaction clear and engaging.

The design focused on immediate feedback: every decision you make shows its result right away. You adjust the price, the customer reacts, your balance updates, and you move to the next transaction. No loading screens, no confusing menus—just the core loop of evaluating, offering, and learning from the outcome.

The Result

P2M now has a demo tool that turns a complex pitch into a memorable experience. Instead of walking potential clients through slides, they hand them a VR headset and let them run the shop. The simulation explains the platform better than any presentation could because it lets people feel how it works.

Thank you to Or Barak and the entire P2M team for trusting Studio Stigma with this project. Building tools that make complex ideas clear and accessible is exactly why we do this work.
